All Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices are seasonal and are subject to change.
All of our prices are quoted in Euros. Create Your Night maintains no responsibility for exchange rates at the time of purchase. We accept no responsibility for or liability arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
Booking and Payment:
Payment is accepted by Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Draft or Bank Transfer. Cash payments are accepted at the discretion of Create Your Night depending on the package required.
Bookings are taken on the presumption that they are being made by a Group leader. All correspondence and payments will be facilitated through this person and Create Your Night. Create Your Night takes no responsibility for the organisation of payments by any Group.
Payment must be made in full, 14 days in advance of any activity. It is at the discretion of Create Your Night to facilitate payments for activities booked with short notice.
A confirmation of booking upon receipt of a deposit will constitute a binding contract. Create Your Night may refund your deposit if full payment has not been received as per sub section 2.3. Any deposit required will be communicated in writing via email. A standard deposit of 20% is expected, unless communicated otherwise by Create Your Night. This can vary depending on group size and specific activities. If activities have been partly or fully paid, your refund will be affected. Where services are required to be fully paid in advance by Create Your Night, refunds will not be available. There will be no refund available to groups where individual or all group members fail to attend any activity booked by Create Your Night based on the agreed booking and quote, save in exceptional circumstances.
The contract will assume that all members of your group are over 18yrs. If members of your group fall outside this category, it is your responsibility to check with Create Your Night in advance of the participation of any activity.
It is the group leaders responsibility to ensure all party members are aware of Create Your Night terms and conditions.
Changes and Cancellations:
Create Your Night plan arrangements in advance of all activities using independent suppliers. We have no control over these vendors. We reserve the right to make changes where necessary without liability. If an activity is cancelled outside of the control of Create Your Night, a full refund for that activity will be furnished.
Create Your Night cannot guarantee any refund if you cancel any activity or package with less than 7 days notice.
If you wish to make any changes to your package, it is your responsibility to inform us with at least 7 days notice. Create Your Night cannot guarantee any changes to the original agreement, but will endeavour to accommodate where possible.
You may not change any activities booked through the website, via email or telephone without incurring a 20% cancellation charge, save in exceptional circumstances,
Any changes to group numbers must be approved by Create Your Night at least 7 days in advance of participation of any activity.
Insurance:
Create Your Night hold no responsibility for any accidents encountered during the participation of any activity booked through the company. Any claim must be directed through your travel insurance provider or supplier of the specific service.
Participation in all activities are undertaken at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that these activities are covered by your insurance policy.
Admittance to Venues:
It is the group leaders responsibility to ensure that all group members are fit for entrance to any venue or activity booked. It is at the discretion of each venue or vendor to refuse admission or participation if they so feel appropriate. Create Your Night maintain no responsibility for admission to venues or exclusion of participation of any activity.
It is the right of Create Your Night to refuse to continue dealing with you and/or any other member of your party by terminating your arrangements if behavior is or is likely to be, in our reasonable opinion, or in the reasonable opinion of any activity supplier or other person in authority, disruptive, upsetting or dangerous to yourself or anyone else or if you or any member of your party have caused or are likely to cause damage to property. No refund or compensation will be furnished if we have to terminate any activities due to you or any group members behavior.
Complaints:
If you wish to make a complaint about any service, please contact cyn@createyournight.com and your query will be replied to within 7 days.

Data Protection:
Information about you and members of your party, including your names, contact details and any special needs, disabilities or dietary requirements is collected by us when you request information or make a booking with us. We may disclose this information to our service providers for the purpose of providing you with your arrangements. Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them.
Create Your Night may contact you from time to time with promotional offers via email. You have the right to unsubscribe from any promotional offers at any time by emailing Create Your Night.
